Hey problem solver

Hey problem solver! There are a lot of intelligent people “out here.” And there is no shortage of social media pundits who are able to look at a given situation, quickly size it up and identify what is wrong with it. Some have such keen analytical skills that they can go so far as to identify the rate of an organization’s decline. Like an experienced hospice nurse, they know how long before it will shutter its doors. Accurately analyzing a problem is a great skill! But listen! The “Critics Chorus” is an overcrowded field. May I suggest that you consider moving up to the more rarefied air of those who are actually able to craft SOLUTIONS. To join the few who are not only able to identify a problem, but to also offer a strategy to remedy said problem. Kudos to all the brilliant minds who possess strong analytical skills. But in these increasingly complex times, organizations are looking for leaders who are not only able to define the problem, but to also outline viable solutions. Be a problem solver. Focus your energy on the fix and not just parroting the problem. As people of faith, we are believers in possibility. In fact, that is the very nature of the Gospel! Mankind was doomed (Romans 3:23; Romans 6:23), but in Christ God made a way out of no way. “With God all things are possible” (Mark 10:27).
